Optimal Health Works provides, but is not limited to, the following goods and services:

Currency Policy

All transactions processed directly by OHW are in Australian Dollars.

Most reviewed third-party products are billed in US Dollars.

Third-Party Products

You should assume that a commission is paid to OHW with the purchase of any reviewed third-party product.

Any support requests relating to third-party products must be directed to the supplier of that product, not to OHW.

Shipping Policy

There are no known export restrictions on any of our digital services or products.

Customer Service Policy

If for any reason we are unable to deliver your order within 2 business days, we will notify you by email. You must provide us with a valid email address for us to be able to do this. We may substitute an equivalent product if the one you have ordered is not available at our discretion.

We will always endeavour to deliver on the day of your order.

Refund Policy

For any product manufactured by OHW, you are covered by a full refund guarantee at any time within 7 days of purchase. Some products may have more generous refund guarantees and if so these will be advised at the time of purchase.

Refunds on third-party products are at the discretion of the supplier of that product and is the sole responsibility of that third-party supplier. If you have a negative experience with a third-party supplier, please advise us so we can protect future potential customers.
